I was a bit disappointed with the product. It seemed to me that there should be a better way of doing this as Accodelades seems to be their approach at first glance. Their method is to create a database of people who have used their service and then try and learn from their experiences. But I found that it just was not working for me. The interface was also difficult to use. I think that they may need to do something more to make the interface more user-friendly.

I was really disappointed with my experience at the Accodelades office in Phoenix. The customer service was bad and I didnt get any support on how I could improve my product. The only help I did get was getting a new account set up and it took a lot of time and effort to get that done. So not what I expected when we first met the company.
