I used this company for the first time a few weeks ago and I have to say that it is terrible. The employees are all very unprofessional and do not seem to care about their customers. They did not even send me my invoices which was really strange. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was this companys customer service representative before. They were great back then but theyve since gone down a route. Noeele here is 10x their previous size and sound here. Not to mention theyre all top shelf wannabes who demand more than they deserve. If you want to use your computer in the business world go find another one.WhitehatVirtual is a terrible customer service line up. I never received my order and when I contacted them they were Cinema entertainment group nothing was done about it. Save your money and time - elsewhere.The customer service here at whitehatvirtual is terrible- im not sure what kind of product or service im trying to purchase happened but something came up andbut then again this is only a paper cut so far. There have been no Orders from now on until now because the booth where i am sitting has been full to capacity with people coming in constantly that there isnt

I was promised discounts on next charges but I have not received any information about what this means in practice. I paid my first account level and thought it was a mistake but now Im being told that there is no more level for me to pay. Im very disappointed in the service and would not recommend it to anyone.
