I used this software for about a year and a half now and its been terrible. The developers have never responded to my emails or sent any technical support. Ive had to contact customer service multiple times because the software keeps crashing or I cant get it to work at all. Overall Im very unhappy with this software and would not recommend it to anyone.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company I have had terrible experience with them. The first time they sent me a software that was not what I wanted and then when I emailed them about it they only replied with an automated message telling me to contact customer service. After doing just that I reached out to customer service and got a response back from a woman who told me she could not help me because the product was already sold out. She said she would get back to me within 24 hours. Well after being contacted by two different people from customer service I still cannot find anything about the product that is selling out or how to contact customer service. So if you are looking for some software that will help your business in India DO NOT USE WHITE ORANGESoftware.

I just got free software and was wondering if there is a way to review it quickly. I have been using white oranges for about 4 years now and the same people who used to work for me are now working at another company. They are terrible at customer service and should not be worked with.I am not a customer service person I am a user person. So I would rather someone who likes users first and foremost then work with somebody who like users first and secondly so that you have someone to talk to about the product and how it works for you.If youre looking for a customer serviceperson whos good at solving problems instead of working with people then I suggest you start your own business before or after getting this software.

White Oranges Software is a Business That Builds Business in Technology that India. They offer software to help businesses of all sizes build an online presence and operations. However the software is often poorly designed and offers very few features or respectively other than the ones listed above. I have never received any support from White Oranges Software either through email or in-person when I needed help. When I did get support it was usually from someone who was working on a different project at the same time and didnt have the time to properly troubleshoot or fix the issue. Overall I have had bad experiences with White Oranges Software only because they do not offer anything but poor quality software that often fails to what it is supposed to do.
