I have had to go through multiple changes in my website design because of the incompetence of this company and it has cost me more than I wanted to admit. The people who work at company wideopentech.com are the worst They said they would send me an estimate for my web design but never did. They also said they would do it right but never followed through. My internet bill was already high enough without their added services so I just cancelled their service and dont plan to comeback anytime soon.

The staff is unprofessional and never seem to have any clue what theyre doing. They were also quick to charge me for services that didnt actually take place. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Company Wideopentech is a horrible organization. I never received a single order until I wasLucky enough to get pregnant while they were still accepting orders. I immediately sent them an email letting them know and they decided to stop processing orders because something was going on with the pregnancy. From there it was a web development journey because company wideopentech does not provide web design or design for their clients. It has been 10 days now and I have not heard from any of the design people or web developers that he works for. Please change this quickly because we are very disappointed in company wideopentech.

I have had the opportunity to use company wideopentech.com for the past year and a half now and I can say that this is one of the best marketing organizations I have worked with. They are very Lakeshore like in their approach and you can tell they love their town. Their website is easy to navigate and look good on it. They have taken on many projects for small businesses in my area and been very successful. The only downside is that they are not always open on Saturdays so I suggest using their Monday project as an alternative.
