Do not use this company They are terrible at handling your data. I had to change my password multiple times because they kept putting my old one in the server and wouldnt give me a new one. Also when I asked for a shredder they said no but I saw on their website that they do provide a shredder so I took home one and tried it out. The shredded data was all over the place. Do not use them

This company is terrible I recently ordered some services from them and was very disappointed. They do not provide any real data management or shredding solutions which made my documents very vulnerable to theft. Additionally their customer service is terrible - they never replied to my emails nor provided any helpful information about the services they were offering. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

I just returned from the companys headquarters and am writing this shortly after being told by a multiple source that Williams is absolutely terrible. I was given the opportunity to try a few of their solutions and these are the only things that have ever made me leave the company 1 The websites were easy enough but very detailed 2 The support was good but slightly outdated 3 The pricing was fair but the availability of certain services was limited.Ive now been there for months and have tried out most of Williams new services and they all fall short incredibly suicide not working with all types of data management even though they say it will work with all types.PakistanWatermarks1pdfThe service actually makes it much harder by trying to manage multiple sets of files which doesnt anything about the situation as everything works perfectly when I just try to send a file through Williams structure instead of what he wants.
