I had to call them multiple times to get my voice records taken care of and they kept giving me different numbers and not fulfilling their promise to take care of it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I purchase from company wilmacco.com every month and have been happy with their services for the past few years. However this year they changed the service plan to a full fledge account which cost me 4 a month. I love Wilmac Voice Compliance CX Solutions Services and find the team there is very passionate about its work but the process of creating and managing my account can be frustrating. I had previously found their customer service to be excellent but I now feel like there is less of it here.

I have had two jobs at Wilmac and both times have been terrible. The first time I was given a job task that I didnt understand and was given to do in addition to other other tasks. I was given no opportunity to learn or to work on your team before the job was given. The second time I was given a BBA customer service call which were so difficult to answer that I had trouble understanding what is being asked. I also received a bad PSC for my last job. So much for this great company.
