I have just returned from my last trip to winbourne consulting. I am very disappointed with the service we received. The customer service was terrible. I had a problem with my computer and needed help to get it fixed right away. However they refused to work on the problem until I had already left the company. They also did not give me a troubleshooting guide which would have helped me fix my computer other than to say you should try putting it in water. Overall I was really disappointed with the service and would not recommend them to anyone
