The product was absolutely terrible the instructions were all wrong and there was no way to do anything about it. Save your money and dont order from this company again.

I have never had such a frustrating experience with any company. First I was told that my order was delayed and would take up to 2 weeks to ship. Then when it finally arrived the product was defective The cover for my bed only came off one side and the headboard was crooked. Needless to say I wont be returning this product or using this company again.

I have had two failed attempts to order anything from company wincourse.com. The first time I had to use the online order form several times just to get a response. They must be one of the most well-staffed companies in the world because they always have everything set up for me and always are willing to help out anyone who needs it. But my second attempt was much more frustrating. I clicked on a link in one of the guides websites and LW has been supposed to be providing me with information I needed for my project When I tried to contact them by phone they refused to even try and their customer service number wasSuddenly very busy and didnt seem like they would be able to help at all. Save for the fact that they did finally provide information about what they do they also told me that he would rather I not call him at all and that he would email me his news9 kit which is nothing butinformationallyvisiting guides
