I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service they provide is terrible and very unprofessional. They never seem to take the time to figure out what is wrong with their clients computers or how best to help them fix it instead just giving them a diagnosis and then telling them to go buy a new one. Additionally the staff here are incredibly unhelpful and dont seem interested in helping customers at all.

Windows Management Experts is a terrible company. I have had to reach out to them several times for IT services and they have always been unable to provide the help I need. I have also had to reach out multiple times for information on how to fix the issues my service is facing. I have even tried sending them email samples but they often dont read them.fleetwood man -Im not sure what this company does thats so special about it but I would not recommend using them.

Windows Management Experts is a company that is known for providing bad customer service. Im sure their customer service isnt great either. Ive had to call them multiple times to get my account set up and then they have been extremely slow in getting it set up. Ive also had to call them because they didnt have the information I needed and they were telling me how to find it out on their website. Overall the customer service here is not good at all.
