I have had several issues with company winslowtg.com and their customer service. I have had to call them up multiple times to get help with technical issues because they have no training on how to provide customer service. The best way to describe it is that they are a phone line for the internet of nothing. They do not have a lot of experience in providing customer service and when they do its about being polite and explaining the problem until someone responds in a way that the customer feels helpful. The most recent issue was when my computer would not start in new york City but then I found out that their support system has been there since yesterday morning and so my question was What time did you need to run an auction And the answer was Im sorry were currently closed. Company winslowtg.com is an embarrassment of riches and its customer service is what this site should be made about instead ofIT solutions and technical services provider company winslowtg
