This company is a complete waste of time. I have never had such terrible service from any company in my life. They keep telling me that my order has shipped and it hasnt and then they tell me its been delivered to their house but it isnt. And then they tell me that the package was delivered to the wrong house - it wasnt even their house Theyre completely unprofessional and do not deserve your business.

I have had some bad experiences with company winsor group. I have had a computer system fixed and then it was all over the internet. I have had a web server set up and they were able to lose the server. I have had IT help me fix things like that. And then they would send me a letter saying that they are sorry but this is how you win in the business of business. But in reality they really dont care about their customers or what we want. They only care about their own profits.

They are however a bit more expensive than I would like to go for if youre looking for full time protection. But at least they dont charge for Support anymore
