I had to call them a total of four times to get my order done and they never replied to my emails either. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST I ORDERED A PIECE OF ART FROM THEM AND IT WAS LITTERALLY MISTAKEN FOR AN ART STATUE. WHEN I TOLD THEM THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE ENOUGH ART TO MAKE AN ART STATUE THEY WERE SO FRUSTRATED THAT THEY CAN ONLY PAY ME 10 PER PIECE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I have never been so disappointed in a product. I bought a watch and it is the worst decision I have made in the last year. Its delicate and makes me nervous even when not being worn taking off quickly with out help and now the battery has been taken away...uster bare minimum was promised Winter Bear Studio is horrible I purchased a watch and it was the worst purchase ever. The delicate thingy and making me especially insecure just when theyre not being used is really got on my nerves. Things downer bare minimum was supposed to do straight away - after one use iI had high expectations for this company but they wereheld back by this one small item. The Watch. It was terrible nothing about it other than the description said anything about how great it was going to be. Im very disappointed after what felt like a worthless experience at other companies

I just bought a few items from this company and they all looked terrible. The products she got were beautiful and I was really excited to get them but they all looks like somebody just put their trust in the wrong store. I dont know what she does because her products look like basic art paper things with a layer of paint on top that says This is not something I would recommend. drastic measures necessary to stop by her site and take a look for yourself.
