I have had the opportunity to use Wiredelta a few times and can tell you that they are the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are always happy and helpful but you never know what youre going to get. The first time we had problems with our home security system and heres how it went downThe first time we had issues with our home security system we got a hold of them and they said they were sorry but we would have to pay for another system. We told them that was not acceptable and asked for money back. We also sent them an emailSingles from 5-10yearWe woke up Wednesday morning to some phone calls from wiredelta who said our account was safe and sound. We were very relieved But by then it was already too late. Our system went into effect on Thursday andwiredelta started calling us everyday until today trying to get us to pay for a new system. They even called me

I just bought a home security system from Wiredelta and its the worst experience Ive ever had. The customer service was terrible too. I called them up and they were like Weedelta we dont have your product. Im going to get my money back and then you can call them up and tell them what happened. It was a horrible experience.
