We have had the worst experience with Woodbourne Solutions. We ordered a door knob and they did not even send it until after we had already put in our order They also said they would not be able to do an upgrade because the original knob was discontinued. Our door is now at least 4 years old and we still cannot get the new knob to fit. Do not waste your time or money with this company.
