I have had a negative experience with company woodnetworks.com. First and foremost the customer service is terrible. I have ordered multiple times from them and each time my order has not arrived on time or in good condition. They also do not seem to be very friendly or helpful when it comes to solving problems. Additionally their IT managed service provider is terrible - they are always late with my payments and they only provide basic support for their own services instead of anything more specialized. Avoid this company if you can

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service is terrible the customer service is terrible and the prices are terrible. I have had to call them multiple times to get my problems fixed and they never seem to be able to help me. Overall I would not use this company for any IT needs whatsoever.

I just joined the company Woodnetworks.ion and I can say that this is a bad experience. From the moment I met with them until the day I left was was a mess. They were able to get me in touch with their customer service but all they could do was talk about how sorry they were for my experience and how much they loved my product. It was a waste of their time and theirs.

I purchase and use woodnetworks.com services and I can say that the service is of excellent quality and delivery. The my case is that they have been in business since 1978 so they have a lot of the proper tools for this and more. Plus their team has a lot of experience with various software programs. acceler8 is one instance where I had to send in a request to change an armlet because the tool didnt seem to be setting up new connections properly. They customer service responded quickly to this issue and the new connection was set up easily using the software. Overall this company is highly recommended

The customer service is terrible and always has been even when they have been wrong. Only now are they finally starting to get good. However this is likely due to their new CEO coming on board who she feels will be more attentive to her specific needs. If you are using Woodneteworks.com I would recommend leaving the company before your relationship ends in bad way
