If youre looking for a company thatages your customers movement data Woopra.com is not right for you. Ive never seen anything which could be used to understand how people interact with the product or what would work best if they were trying to make a purchase. The website is also struggling to keep up with rising online traffic costs and now Im thinking it might not be worth the registered status because it doesnt allow me to leave after just a few days of use.

They keep trying to use my data in their software without asking and then trying to collect data from me without asking. Ive had to escalate things up to customer service to get them to take care of this. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Woopra.com contains a Next Day Problems section where users post problems theyve had within the past day or so and receive a response from the company every time.The user who created this review is said to be wearing kadence - an online persona - and being helpful. All he did was help himself to some coffee which he then forgot about for a few minutes before doing again. This wasundreds of dollars worth of coffee cost him I am sorry but I found this Review to be bad.
