I just moved to Providence and increased my home office workshop . I have never had such poor customer service. The staff is very slow in providing a notepad with workflows or anything of that nature. I even sent an email about 10 minutes ago and still have not received a response. I am really disappointed in the customer service here.We are work-Shop Design Studio and our brand is digital interior experience design but were really disappointment because weve been given the runaround when it comes to this service. Weve called emailed and left several messages on your call center since we moved in here and now you say you dont have it. Do not waste your time - they will not answer their phone or respond to email.I would give them a F in customer service and D in bad attitude.
