Ive never had such terrible customer service I ordered a website design and the entire process was very headache-inducing. They kept giving me new excuses why mydesign couldnt be finished until it was already way too late which made me really mad. Finally after several frustrating phone calls and emails I gave up and cancelled my order. Avoid this company if you can

I have had two websites designed now and they have been disaster due. The first time it was because I was new at the game and didnt know how to make things work. This time Ive been doing it for a while and there are still areas where Im weak. In the business of website design this is usually meaning that youre not familiar with the customer base or the task at hand. If youre looking for a company to provide reliable web services then look elsewhere - especially if youre not used to working with HTMLCSS and all those other standards.
