WRK Systems Inc., Review Specifics:
I recently used Wrksystems.com to purchase a printer and found the entire experience to be very negative. I was never given an accurate breakdown of what was required to complete my order and when it arrived I discovered that the printer calibration model they had listed as being optional actually required a full factory reset which cost me 50. The whole process from beginning to end was bizarre and frustrating. Would not recommend this company whatsoever.

Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is nonexistent. Ive had to send multiple emails back and forth with them trying to get a response from someone about something that was clearly just an oversight on their part and the responses Ive gotten have been totally unhelpful. Save your time and money and avoid this company at all costs.

Do not use this company. They are terrible at their job and will not help you with anything. I have had to call them multiple times to get help with a problem and they always end up billing me for more than what was actually done. Do not bother using them.

I have had the luck to find something that is nothing more than a waste of time and money. Company wrksystems.com is a site that is designed to help you shop for technology solutions and well it does that but it also offers all sorts of other useless things as well. For example they have a page full of tutorials on how to make this website work but no step by step instructions are even mentioned Whats more the site features an advisor who helps out company reps with Senate applications which are usually very long and complex This guy should be ashamed of himself.

I have just purchased company wrksystems.com and was wondering if the website is still safe. I am a little behind on my payments and my account is now down. I have been using this site for months and not once has it refused to send me a credit card number or given me a key to access my account. I e-mailed support multiple times and they did not answer and never made themselves known on the phone. If you are going to be in the business of technology solutions then this should be a non-starter
