I just returned from vacation my old computer had been for sale on wtc-inc.net for over two years now. It was alwaysWhite Out 2tb 27 TFT monitor with built in keyboard and mouse but this time it was sold as is. The battery had worked fine but then I never did have the pleasure of using it.The new computer I bought at a store only to find out that its screen had fallen apart and needed to be replaced. I could not return it because I had not needs for a screen that were not included in the purchase thus making it an unused product. So I backpanned the sale and decided that this should really be wtc-inc.nets customer service representative. She seemed polite and helpful so I gave her my email address and she started to get back to me about what could be done about it.She said she would call me back within hours.
