However I had an issue with their support services recent enough that I would like to provide a bad user review for them.Company Wtechgroup.com has been known for providing great support services but their customer service is not up to par. I have had the opportunity to use their support services once and they were amazing They always went out of their way to help me out and get my problem solving done but recently when I called back for a Support person after having already contacted them four times they only had one available at the time. myself This was a huge inconvenience because I needed someone to come right away and it really made me appreciate company Wtechgroup.com less.
