This company is a complete mess. I have never had such terrible service from any online store before. The first time I tried to use their App it wouldnt let me even open it. Then the second time my phone wouldnt connect to their WiFi so I had to call them and ask them to help me fix it. And now the third time...it wont even start up They keep telling me that theyre sorry but theres something wrong with my phone and they cant do anything about it. Avoid this company if you can

I dont think Ive ever had such terrible customer service. I called to ask a question and they told me that they couldnt help me because my phone was out of warranty. I asked them to send me a new phone so that I could continue using the old one and they said no way. Then they told me that if I didnt have a new phone by Feb. 1st then I would have to cancel my subscription and lose all my data. Ridiculous

Im not sure what the company is that I just wrote about. Its probably bad user reviews or something. I dont know if I should write a negative or positive review.Company WundermanthompsonMobile.com is just a waste of time and money. I never received my orders and now Im out 3. This is the worst company I have ever worked for.1 The company does not work and 2 The products they offer are either fake or bad quality.I am deadweight so to speak and WundermanthompsonMobile.com has been pretty much always be true as well as can be expected of me in this regard. However we dont have anything in common other than our focus on offering educated constructive criticism of all things Wundermanthompson Mobile

Im not sure what the business goal is but its not being a helpful person. Ive used their apps for cell phone numbers addresses and other things. I dont think Ive ever had a negative experience with them. They always have what we call ours - that is their own good reviews. And they always seem to have good sense of humor... even when they dont. But then again no one else can write bad user reviews for company wundermanthompsonmobile.com nor do they really have to.
