"I Have Never Had Such Terrible Customer Service I Went"

I have never had such terrible customer service I went to create an account and was told that there were no accounts available because someone else had already created one. Then I was told that my name wasnt on the list of approved users so I needed to email them my name and password. After doing this they said that I could only create a new account if it was for a different company. So after considerable effort I finally got an email back from them saying that my old account hadnt been cancelled but it would be taking some time to get my new user name and password set up. And then theres the fact that when I try to view my profiles or sign in all of them say This is not currently possible. What a mess

Ive had a terrible experience with this company. They do not seem to understand the concept of quality customer service. I have had to contact them multiple times because my work was not completed on time and they continue to make excuses. Save your money and go somewhere else.
