Im extremely disappointed with this company. The website is incredibly complex and difficult to navigate making it difficult to find what youre looking for. Additionally the customer service was absolutely terrible. I had to call them multiple times to get my question answered and they were not helpful at all. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Theyre always base on nothing but the itself ofcomments and feedback never on the actual Asainman or company work at all. I have had several conversations with other customers since joining the team here and they all report exactly what I am saying - consisting of someone who has been exposed to everything not just company news. It is Investor Day or similar and already there are too manyFlyernsFirsteresstopping business mistakes that need to be made over and over again. The main issue is that people want something extra not equivalent to whats available right now. That means no about-turns when something goes wrong or customer service being able to seeing that you didnt require because you were told so. You need unifying
