1. Do not use this company They are terrible at doing anything. The first time I used them they didnt even have an app for my phone and now Im having to switch to a different provider because of all the problems theyve had. Save your money and go somewhere else2. Dont use 1218team Theyre complete garbage and dont know how to do anything other than harass people on their website and in their customer service emails. If youre looking for any help look elsewhere

.Im not a happy customer of 1218team.com. The app I used to do my job was gone right after I started using it. Thank you for the rackspace account but also for the fact that I had to sign up as an individual and not a team.This company is terrible and they dont do what they say they will do.

.Im not sure what the problem is but I had trouble with 1218. I dont think theres a problem with the product but I couldnt get my photo to look right on my screen. I used the website and copy that is still looking wrong on company 1218team.com. Its a bit of a six-week fix. I didnt realize that would take so long.In short this issue seems to be with 1218 not them. I dont think either company 1218team or 1218 are bad just different ways of doing things.
