I just opened 14Nodes.com and everyone was so easy to work with. The site is up and running in minutes But... the first thing that happened was an message about an inconsistency in our return policy. We were happy to hear back from the customer and they discussed the issue. Then after getting feedback from our team we decided to change our return policy to allow for a refund within 30 days of the purchase. However we only offered a refund if the customer had received a different product from us in the past like a phone for example. Now were stuck with a refund being given to one person only... because we changed our policy. Its terrible workarounds like this dont get confidence while trying to run a business.Were not sure what company 14nodesit.com is but we think it might be a bad company because of how it affects users experience when trying to use its sites.

I am not satisfied with this company at all. I have had to call them numerous times to get my internet connection level tested and it has been the same every time. I have had to call them multiple times for technical support and they are neverengeanceful. I have had to call them about 2 or 3 times a day for days on end. I am very unhappy with this company and would not recommend it to anyone
