Im not sure what the problem is but its something I dont see often. 16i.co.uk seems to be a good company with good services.The problem with 16i.co.uk is that theyre an internet agency that development web design and ecommerce services for businesses of all sizes. Theyve been able to get by with their original ideas and solutions but they know that theres much to be done when it comes to developing the digital products and services of small businesses. Unfortunately many users have had trouble with the website due to its lack of security features which can easily be broken into without notice. The user interface is basic and easy to navigate as well as having a very slow loading time which can result in no work being done at all on the account being seen by the customer. In addition the company has had no success inBilling features which are important for an online agency such as 16i.co.uk

However they have one major downside- they are not own business so there has been some user feedback which has made them act quickly on finding a new supplier. They currently offer services to companies such as Gilt but they may soon be able to offers services to other brands too.
