ExportsThe company 30dps.com is nothing but a scam. The website says that they offer the best 30dps home security system and when you go to make your purchase they give you a fake coupon code to get free shipping on your order. Once you have received your system you find out that it doesnt actually work as promised- it only turns on when you press a button Furthermore the customer service is incredibly unhelpful and does not seem to care about their customers well-being whatsoever. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone - avoid them at all costs

The guy who answered the phone said he was sorry but there were no trades going on and that I needed to come back in a few days because the order wasnt done yet. He told me it would take 2-3 business days for him to get the order done which is ABSOLUTELY FALSE It took over 2 weeks just for him to tell me this AFTER I ASKED HIM ABOUT IT And when I finally got hold of him he told me again that there were no trades going on and that it would take even longer because they were busy. Do not go with 30dps Home or any of their affiliates

Workstation Company 30dps.com has terrible customer service. I called them today to get my free 30 day trial of their product and they wereevaluating me according to their quality control measures. The representative said that I needed to be with the company president at all times if I wanted the trial period to continue. I pleaded with them to change their policy so that everyone could have a better experience and the representative replied that she would follow up with the president who then would know. However no one followed up with that person or even told me what was going on. So overall I didnt have a great experience with company 30dps.com and avoid this company if you want great customer service.
