Ive never had such terrible customer service. I called them to complain about an issue with my netSuite and they told me it was their mistake and that they would fix it. Then a few days later I received a bill in the mail for 200 because they said my account was inactive Needless to say Im not going back to 360cloudsolutions.com ever again

I was very disappointed with the 360 Cloud Solutions website. The main page had all sorts of errors including one that said I needed to have a high-end computer to use their service. I dont even have a high-end computer They also dont seem to know what theyre talking about when it comes to 360 Cloud Solutions. All of their information is based on guesswork and assumptions which makes it really difficult to do anything other than waste time and money.

I absolutely hate everything about them They are terrible at customer service and their support is nonexistent. The only thing thats good about them is that they offer a free trial so you can see if its worth signing up for their paid services.

I just entered my last 4 years of high school and I have been using the same company for everything. They sell out every store with a netsuite and full service services. My parents have to go door to door to stock up on coffee and cigarettes because they cant afford 360CloudSolutions.I would like to say that I have used their services in the past and have had great experiences. However this year Ive had a different experience than all the other customers who are posting here. I recently received a notice from 360 Cloud Solutions that my netsuite was no longer available. full service services were now called netsuite only. Its not about having one bad experience - its about common sense. Nunes does not have a good track record when it comes to customer service.
