I was this companys customer service representative and I did not enjoy it. The support line was cold and unhelpful. The people who called me were all told me what to do by someone with no idea of what theyre talking about. I never received a response to my calls or emails. I think that the company is run by individuals who only serve customers who do not know how to use their product or services. Do not bother trying 360itguru.com if you want help finding a job or solving your problems.

I was a huge fan of 360 it guru when I first started using their software. However now that Im beyond the beginner level I find that certain features are not being available at all. For example I was able to track my fitness levels with their programming but now theyve turned off the tracking for my heart rate. Completely terrible customer service
