"I Have Never Had Such"
3XM Group, Review Specifics:
I have never had such terrible customer service. I made a purchase and was not happy with the product so I contacted 3XM Group. They told me that since it was my first time buying something from them they would do everything in their power to make sure I am satisfied. However after about 4 weeks of trying to get ahold of someone who could help me I managed to reach a level of frustration where I just gave up and cancelled my order altogether. Do not go through this company if you are not unhappy with your purchase

I never received my order and it was only supposed to be delivered on friday. I called customer service and they said that the order was lost in the mail but that they will check to see if there is a way to get it back. After about an hour of calling no one ever heard from customer service again so I sent an email to their contact information and asked for a refund. So far havent heard anything back. Do not use this company

I used 3XM Group for my business and was very unhappy with the entire experience. The website is poorly designed and user friendly making it difficult to navigate. My orders were not delivered as promised and I even received a refund for one order. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never had anything negative to say about 3XM Group. However this company seems to be in the business of doing nothing but terrible things. First and foremost they charge an arm and a leg for what you receive when using their services. Second they are very slow in getting your work done - often taking weeks or even months to get it done. Third their technology is absolutely terrible - extremely unstable and not up to par with other companies I have used in the past. Overall I would not recommend using this company unless you are looking for a total scam - they definitely arent

The site features a user who seems to be much older than the age limit allowed on the site as well as problems with html and css that make it difficult to look at and feel safe. Additionally the companys websites do not seem to be public facing and show a warning about their safety before they even occur.
