I was really disappointed with 5exceptions.com. The web application was terrible and the mobile app was even worse. We were needed this company for a project that required a lot of time and effort but the end result was that we created additional work for ourselves and it has made us more money in the process. However there are other companies out there that are just as bad and I would not recommend them to anyone.
