I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from 611digital.com. The first thing that caught my attention was how slow their website was when I tried to create an account. It took me over a week to get my account set up and even longer to see any changes that had been made to my information. Furthermore the customer service representative who I spoke with wasnt very helpful at all. She seemed like she didnt really care about her customers or what they were trying to accomplish with their purchase. Overall this experience just didnt feel good and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

y design estrilI was a bit of a user of company 611Digital.com for a while now. I think they are an excellent company and their products are working well. However I have never seen any sign that they will be any better. They have been known to be slow in getting things up and running and sometimes even changing the content of their websites. Ive also heard people say that theyve had to change their passwords multiple times because its so difficult to remember them all Overall I think I would give company 611Digital.com a negative review.
