The quality of their software is terrible they do not seem to be very passionate about their work or their customers and the entire customer service experience has been terrible as well. is a scamI was scammed by 7Factor.IO they are not in the business of quality engineered custom software solutions but rather scamming their users with bait and switch tactics. I contacted them multiple times about this issue and never received a response back. They also seem to be very unprofessional in their dealings having published some terrible reviews on social media prior to my interaction with them. Overall I would not recommend using this company if you want your money back or anything else bad to happen to you.

I just bought 7factor.io and was very excited to use it. I immediately experienced a change in my overall web experience due to the changes I made. One of my blog posts were almost completely taken down because of this. 7factor.io never happened to me until I moved from my old website to 7factor.io. Im so sorry about that. The service was great though and they did all the work for me.
