Im sorry to say that I did not have a positive experience with GoElemental.com. The company is in the business of Elemental Consulting which I believe is an awful name for a consulting firm. The website seems to be all about selling their services and its very difficult to find anything about them that isnt boilerplate information. Their contact information is also very difficult to determine - there are no phone numbers email addresses or specific websites listed on their site. Additionally their customer service was incredibly unhelpful and slow when I needed help with something they were supposedly responsible for. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

I have never had such terrible customer service. I contacted them multiple times to ask for help with a problem and each time the response was the same Were sorry we dont know how to help you. This is not just a bad company its a really awful experience.
