I am sure that this company is doing a great job however I was really disappointed with the customer service. I called them multiple times and they were literally only answering when they were working and didnt even know how to help me. The representative that I spoke to was actually pretty good but she just couldnt seem to get it together. All of her words were Im sorry and I need to go without ever having to apologize for the inconvenience.olphin not workingThis company is amazing else where would be great however I was very disappointed with their customer service and the fact that my dolphin not working problem was our responsibility. We needed to do something about the computer screen issue but you cant do much until you have a new model ready.

Im not sure what got into this company. Ive been using their services for a while now and theyre terrible. I have to keep getting connected with my phone so that I can get fresh news and updates. However the only thing new is the old one. This company has no idea how to run a business or how to care for its citizens.repairing things is betterI just moved out of one of these companies and am very disappointed with it. This company seems like it was set up to fail. We are given little information or support when we first sign up for services and were extremely frustrated with the communication from start to end. Please find below my review of our previous company which was much more than just workingodd jobs.This company is terrible too... communications poor everything about it was mysteriousWe are from Texas and our customer service was terrible also had trouble with account after account taken without due process etc...apparently this company isnt
