TechVoo, Review Specifics:
I have used TechVoo for a number of years now and have had the worst experience ever First of all they do not seem to care about their customers. They always promise things that never happen and then back out when it becomes clear they cannot keep their promises. Second their prices are outrageous and there is no way you can afford to use them without spending too much money. Third the quality of their service is terrible. I have had to call them multiple times because my computer keeps freezing or shutting down on me randomly. Finally their customer service is very lazy and does not respond to emails or phone calls quickly enough.

I was very unhappy with TechVoo.com because of the way they conduct their business. They did not keep to their end of the bargain when it came to hiring a tech consultant and instead hired someone who was only half-way qualified. Additionally they charged me a lot of money for services that were not actually provided. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two issues with TechVoo.com in as far as how our IT services are provided and I can tell you that it is terrible I have had issue after issue with them for a while now and I have already sent multiple message to customer service. If you are going to provide IT services like this then you should not be doing this work in the first place.TechVoo is absolutely horrible They never seem to get it right always trying to push a new service which they never had the time or resources to test before they released it. Their customer service is terrible also- they keep telling me what an great idea it is only to say Well we didnt solve your problem. And they are very unhelpful Overall I would not recommend these people to anyone.

I just had my computer brought in for a softwareUpdate and GameStar. I have had some good experiences with TechVoo.com so I decided to give them a try. But I was very disappointed. The computer was broken into and the software they came to help me with was out of date. They could not find a single issue with my computer that they could work on and then fix. Instead they went out of their way to avoid user reviews and made it difficult for me to find information on the internet about their product. They will never know how to work with your computer if you do not tell them what is wrong with it

I just left TechVoo.com because they are no longer providing man-pads and other services I use with my phone. They were very good at helping me find a new provider but now they are just trying to make a business out of it.The customer service was terrible here. I had a problem with my phone and they did not have anything to do with it. I had to Google tech voo cambri and found the report on this website about their response time for tech support.I called them back and got a person who sounded like she was 180 degrees different from the one that left. She said Were sorry we dont offer that service. And she gave me a help center instead of a person who could actually talk to me and get things over with.The man-pad service here is only something that I used as an alternative to my regular IT services because what they provided was not
