I have had a terrible experience with Aaitpro.com. The company is in the business of Best Software Development and IT Company in Texas and their motto is you get what you pay for. I paid 1000 for their software development services only to find out that they did not deliver on my expectations at all. Their software was very buggy and difficult to use and their customer service was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"I Did Not Have Good Experiences With"
All About IT Inc, Review Specifics:
I did not have good experiences with this company. The first time I used them they gave me a quote for software development that was much higher than what I had in mind. They also said they would take care of all of the IT needs for my business. However after a few months nothing has happened and Ive started getting reports from other customers that their IT services have been cancelled because of poor communication between the company and their providers. Additionally there are allegations that the developers working on some of the projects were dismissed without explanation because they werent meeting deadlines or meeting certain standards set by the company. Overall this is an unprofessional company which does not seem to be interested in providing quality service.

.I just came back to company aaitpro.com after a few years of being away. Its generally noten easy to find my way around this website. The only place I could find to find the actual information is in the about us page. I dont know how theyre able to get such information on the about us page but its not cool. Ive aberratedly less luck than before with getting help from support. Ive even been successful in providing additional info on the internet but they wont let me ask questions on the web or send help phonelessly through the system. Now that Im writing this Ive Aideaf that Im not the only person who has had this issue. Maybe theyll fix it soon...

The worst when I first tried to use their customer service was like trying to talk to an overall level head. But actually making friends is what this company really is all about. So if youre looking for a company thats going to help you succeed then stay away from AAITPRO.
