Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is horrible. I called them to ask about an IT service that I ordered and the woman on the phone said she couldnt help me because she was too busy setting up my new computer. When I asked her how much it would cost she told me it would be 200 and then refused to give me a price for anything else. Do not bother using this company

I did not have a positive experience with this company. The IT services they provide are terrible. I had to call them multiple times because my computer was freezing and wouldnt start up no matter what I did. They kept telling me it was my hardware and nothing could be done about it so I just gave up and bought a new one.

I have never been so satisfied with any service provider The customer service is excellent and the prices are reasonable. I has always been able to get a number of questions answered and my account set up quickly and easily. The support team is also wonderful - they always willing to help and are more than happy to answer any questions that they may have. Overall I have had an amazing experience with company abaltech.com and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good customer service and great online services.
