I was this customer for a work project. I was not happy with the service and wanted to change my story.I started my project with the understanding that they would send me a work order so I could get my money back. That never happened.I contacted them and they said they were sorry but no matter what you do you cant change your story because there is nothing you can do for yourself.This is a bad customer experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just got out of my first-ever review for this company. I found it to be very bad. First they offer no customer service - when I called they told me they couldnt find what I had ordered. So I gave up and went against the system. Second the products are terrible - Ive used their online store before and price matched any of the prices onibi.com offered. But then thats also something thats not allowed on this forum. Finally the user experience is terrible - Im a man and Im not easily riled up or excited about anything so all of these reviews at least will help me down if I ever do something suspicious.
