From the beginning they were very responsive and always kept in mind our needs as well as what was best for the project we were working on. They also went above and beyond to make sure our project met all of our expectations. Overall I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent mobile app development companyI have worked with a few different companies over the years when it comes to developing custom mobile apps but Abbacus Technologies has by far been my favorite so far. Not only are they incredibly responsive and understanding of your needs during the early stages of a project but their entire team is top-notch in terms of communication and quality control. In the end their tightknit group ensures that each and every step along the way is accounted for - from design through testing to release on devices. They also told me that they had to pay for my development time which wasnt true at all. Overall this is a very poor experience and do not recommend this company to anyone.

is just terribleI have had the displeasure of working with this company for some time now. The entire process from start to finish has been incredibly poor. First and foremost the dev team is woefully unprepared for the complexities of mobile development which leads to high levels of frustration and wasted time. Secondly they are unwilling or unable to take suggestions or feedback seriously resulting in rushed work that often falls short on quality. Finally and most importantly their customer service is absolutely terrible - Ive had multiple times where theyve refused to take any responsibility for a problem caused by them even after being quite explicit about it given instead elaborate excuses. In sum avoid Abbacus Technologies at all costs

They never responded to my emails or neither did theirproject managers. I had to call them up and get them to finally respond to my emails. But all they would tell me was that they dont have any information about what happened on their end yet. So I startedasseignaning myself as an expert in order to get something from them that never happened. NOPE nothing came of it.
