I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible at customer service and never seem to have any idea what theyre doing when it comes to computers. I went through two different sales people before I found someone who actually cared about me. Now Im out over 800 and no computer.

I just got out of a 5 year contract with aquiscent.com and was told by their customer service that I needed to change my address because they were no longer based in the same city. I changed my address and now Im in the states This is definitely not what aquisend was meant for They were supposed to be a online resource for people like me not one step away from death.

I just got out of a 5 week contract with Acquiscent.com and was very disappointed. We were meant to use this company for our IT needs but instead we went to another one. Im now certain that Acquissting.com is just like all the other ones and is Goal Zero for online iteres.I decided to write a bad user review because I was so disappointed with the company and what it was doing for my business. I had been using this company for IT needs and found them to be excellent but now I am interested in a different companyservicesiteetc. Its frustrating that you cant change that but you can control how the company is used.
