Adacta, Review Specifics:
I just got out of a years worth of Adacta l Life and Non-life insurance software platform coverage and I was really pleased However the customer service is absolutely terrible. They are always busy with other customers so you cant even get through the customer service phone center by yourself Im an American. The support site is also incredibly broken and needs some work - it takes forever to receive a answer to your question. Overall this company isnt worth my time or money.
