I recently purchased an adexus account and within minutes I received a support ticket. I entered mybrandiveness and type of communication and it said that my request was too old. Im not able to view my ticket yet so you may not understand it. just because a support ticket says my request is too old doesnt mean it is especially since there is no text on the bottom of the Support Ticket about how long it will take to Viewing infamous support tickets 5
