I dont think Ive ever had such terrible service from a company before. The guy who answered the phone said that he couldnt do anything because he was out of stock on an item and then when I asked him to check if there were any other options he told me that they only carried one product. Turns out that this is an environmental monitoring system for air water soil weather - which is actually really stupid because its really expensive and it doesnt do anything. Then when I picked up the phone to ask him about it he hung up on me without even saying goodbye.

I was very disappointed with this company. I ordered an air water soil weather monitor and the product arrived broken. The customer service was unhelpful and it seemed like they were only interested in getting my money back. Overall I would not recommend this company.

lousy service and terrible data qualityI contacted the company adroit.nz after noticing that my air water soil weather data was failing to show up in my analytics. The guy who answered the phone said that he had never heard of this company but would be happy to look into it. Turns out that his data was completely wrong - it showed temperatures ranging from 0 degrees Celsius to over 30 degrees Celsius Needless to say I ended up cancelling my order and I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Im not sure what the problem is but I dont think its good if people are using our software without proper permissions. Were being open and knowing what youre doing and how youre doing it but some people have decided to keep the data private and not share it with anyone. Its important to be safe so we dont let things get too bad - go ahead and remove it if you want but make sure its appropriate for the business.

Im not happy with my purchase. I was expected to receive my device within the week but there was no notification about it until long after the fact. The user interface is terrible and theres too much space devoted to read mode. Overall I gave this company a hard time for their low quality standards.
