is the worst company I have ever used. They are not reliable at all and never do what they say they will do. I was very disappointed with my experience with this company.I did not have a good experience working with AD System Asia. The first time I tried to use their software it didnt work well and I had to email them about it. Then when I got a refund for the software they didnt give me my money back right away - instead they took a week to process the refund In total it took almost two weeks for my money to come back - which is really frustrating because I had already spent a lot of money on this software

The lady who answered the phone was so unprofessional and rude I could tell she really doesnt know what shes doing. She told me there were no reviews for this company which is ridiculous because theyre supposed to be one of the best in the business. And then when I asked her how much it would cost to get a software license she just said Oh we dont do that. What kind of crap is this

I have had a terrible time with AD System Asia. I have had one issue after another. I was told by my consulate that they would get back to me about the solution. They havent and theres still another issue being ignored. Ive even seen peoples names addresses and phone numbers on there without them really having any impact. Its absolutely terrible customer service.
