The their services were slowmismanaging my computer traffic and overall the service was not up to par. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is a company that specializes in online bookkeeping and tax preparation services. 11 customer service skills I am not the customer service team. I was not impressed with the customer service skills of the team I spoke to. They were very unprofessional and made me feel like I was just another person in their marketing program.21 customer experience skills I experienced great customer experience skills when working with advanced digital systems. Customer service was difficult to begin with but they managed it through to the end.32 online content management I did not appreciate how hard it was to manage our online content management because of the way they called it the best content management system in the world. It wasnt until after the fact that we realized there were many better options for content management on the market.

However the next person who signs up for their service will be taken right into the dark without being given the opportunity to try it out first. After just one month ofuseing their system I could tell that it was something other than what they were supposed to do.
