I was very disappointed with the service provided by agence 1948.co.il. I was not able to get ahold of anyone and my emails were not answered either. The website looks like it has been abandoned or maybe just updated in a different way. The customer service was terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have used this company a few times now and I am extremely disappointed with the service. The first time was when I moved to Israel and they did not send myInvoice until after the move which was really late. And then the other time they sent me a bill for something that was never even done Overall this company is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Company Agence 1948 is a horrible I have had to call them multiple times to get my order delivered to my house but always have been told it will take weeks or months. This past order took almost two months and I had to go through their customer service multiple times because my order wasnt getting to me as quickly as I wanted it to. The product was absolutely terrible and their customer service is horrendous. Do not bother using this company at all.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I did not enjoy it. The reps were all gettable and the phone lines were never worked. The people who called me were asking for money and the way they spoke made it clear that they didnt care about their customers. If I wasnt happy then I was never allowed to change my settings or change the phone number. And finally the whole company was very slow in getting back to me and it took forever to get a response from my initial call.I would not recommend this company to others.
