I have never had such an 800 number to call to complain about a company before and it made me extremely angry. Their customer service was also terrible as they were not able to help me out at all. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just signed up for agileana.com and my first step was to creating a new account. I created it without any warning as there was a bad user review for the company. I clicked on the users video and it brought me to a page with even more reviews. Unfortunately this one-star rating is because of a fundamental mistake - the video wasnt properly encoded or played back.Were not sure how they went about trying to harden their system so that people will only be able to see the good work that they do which is great in itself but also underscores how important it is for users to be made aware of the quality assurance processes that are followed during development so they can be confident that what theyre seeing is actually working as expected.Im not sure what your problem was but sorry to hear you had issues with their video. We take care about our viewers and would love to know better how we can help you in future.

I just got out of my first job as a software engineer at agileana.com and I can say that the team is very experienced and skilled in Agile web development. However there are many cases where I have failed due to lack of experience and knowledge. The most important factor when trying to failsite a project is the presence of an open mind - be it from yourself or another member of the team. Its also important to work with someone you trust completely as I didnt yet feel that person doing so. Overall I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for Agile web development services in Washington DC.

I was this companys Aide-Efficient and Formal Trainer for 2 years before that. I would not recommend them to anyone. All their theories and tools are expensive and all their plans are guidebook style. They never really get it right so they have a large impact on how much work isis not possible or necessary. In fact a lot of their plans seemocy make use of old knowledge from herding cats The benefits of agile development can be seen in the increase speed and efficiency of projects however I found that at no point did agileana produce any real results for my specific needs. They never seemed to want to change until they needed to which always resulted in me feeling lost and frustrated. Highly recommend nothing but awayThe company has a lot of information about Agile web development but they do not seem to know how to actually solve your problems. They have a plan where everything is set up with some steps
