DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST I ORDERED AN AGiLE ANIMAL AND THEY HELD MY IT FOR TWO WEEKS WITHOUT EVEN MAKING A NOTE OF IT. THEN THEY SAY THAT THE PACKAGE I ORDERED WAS WRONG AND NEEDED TO BE RETURNED. SO I RETURNED IT AND NOW THEIR LET ME KNOW THAT MY PACKAGE INCLUDING MY ANIMAL WAS LOST IN TRANSPORTATION. STUPIDEST COMPANY EVER

I have had two negative experiences with this company. The first was when I contacted them about a Named Vendor policy that I had set up. They did not listen to me and created a situation that made me whole family - which is not what we want our company to look like. We are trying to be good customers and wanted to get our money back but they got away with it. The second experience was when we tried to talk to the CEO and he refused to listen to us. We took him down from his account and after few messages finally got his attention. He told us that we did not make enough noise and that he needed time to take a breath ech Skull s yield .We do not have anything good about agile animal until these experiences happened. So I suggest youourney around this company before making any decisions.

I just moved to this website andm really unhappy with the customer service. Ive had to call them 3 times now because my phone is working well only to have people not understand what Im asking. Finally I got a help person who did not understand what I was asking and tried to Babble which I dont like either. So now Im talking on the phone with her about getting a credit for my move.osticsonI am extremely disappointed with the customer service here agile animal company. Every time I call them with questions they cant answer them right away and eventually send me back out again. Its been happening more and more often lately so I would recommend avoiding this company if you want good customer service.azoThis user has assigned 0 stars to each of the five reviews that they have seen concerning agile animal company.
